After the release of Fast X on Blue-Ray and Digital there is not much news coming from Vin Diesel about his plans on the plot for the next Fast X part 2 installment, but according to director Louis Leterrier the secrets about Fast X Part 2 (Fast and Furious 11), were already revealed in Fast X.

Louis Leterrier claims key bits of the story in Fast & Furious 11 were buried in the dialogue during Fast X. Fans looking for clues regarding what could happen in Fast X: Part 2 don't have to look too far ahead as Fast X director Louis Leterrier insists some of the upcoming film's secrets can be found in the last sequel.

Speaking with CinemaBlend, Leterrier claimed Fast X fans can look back to the film and listen to its dialogue to figure out what key plot points will be explored in Fast X: Part 2. Specifically, Leterrier pointed to the first conversation between Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and Cipher (Charlize Theron) for clues while stating multiple scenes in Fast X hinted at the secrets that will be revealed in the next sequel. "Listen to what is said, listen to the dialogue. I think people enjoy the visuals, and the flare, and the fun, and everything," he said.

The director added, "But there are some scenes that are designed where the conversations, the threats are real. When something sticks out, it's for a reason. I'm not talking about one scene, there's like five scenes where we laid out the seeds to our great, next part of this adventure. Let's start with the beginning. The moment where Cipher enters Dom and Letty's house. Whatever she says will inform everything."

Fast X featured several teases setting up some potentially gripping and tantalizing prospects, including the much-talked-about post-credits scene which reintroduced Dwayne Johnson's lawman character, Luke Hobbs, and set up a future confrontation between Hobbs and Jason Momoa's vengeful villain, Dante Reyes. Before Fast X: Part 2, Hobbs and Reyes will be central characters in the upcoming spinoff movie, Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Reyes, the first franchise film Johnson will appear in since the 2019 spinoff, Hobbs & Shaw.

The final stages of Fast X also left an ambiguous fate for some of the Fast & Furious family as Tej (Chris "Ludacris" Bridges) and Roman (Tyrese Gibson) face serious danger while Dom tries to handle the trauma of losing his brother, Jakob (John Cena) earlier in the movie. Leterrier has teased that more of Toretto's loved ones may not make it through Fast X: Part 2 while also claiming Dante will undergo a significant character shift in the film.

I mean, let's be real, we've all been waiting for Fast X part 2 news and pre-production to come out for what feels like forever. The thought of it being delayed is just heartbreaking. But at the same time, we have to understand that these strikes are affecting the entire industry and it's not just about one movie. It's understandable that Universal is worried about the impact this strike might have on their upcoming releases. But honestly, I think we should all just take a deep breath and have a little faith. The movie industry has been through tough times before and they always manage to come out on top.

Besides, delays aren't always a bad thing. Sometimes they give filmmakers the chance to make their movies even better.
